Thus, the construction cost of the town is zero when the renewal cost of Artificial Grass is less than 5 billion yen, and the over-capacity of the rental fee is obvious error.
What is the renewal cost of ¥5 billion? In the case of Tottori City, when there is a large-scale update of the facility, I asked how this is done.
