Agenda for the development of Takatsuki Design Notes in Shogi.

○ (Nomura Tourism Promotion Officer) So, we will explain about the development of Takatsuki Design Notes in Shogi.
In the paper material, we have a summary version of the A3 size side. In the electronic data, please open one page of the general version of Takatsuki Design Note of Shogi, a shogi of the grammar committee folder.
First of all, this design note was developed as a future maintenance policy in the north area of JR Takatsuki Station, including the Kansai Shogi Kaikan, in order to further promote the town development as a town of Shogi.
In addition to inheriting existing initiatives, we will further promote the development of the shogi city Takatsuki and create more shogi culture.
Next, it is the target area and the target space, but in the northwest of JR Takatsuki Station, which is shown in the yellow part in the figure on the right, it is the area that includes the Kansai Shogi Kaikan, Komanon Park, Actamore and Akutagawa Shopping Street.
This design is based on the pedestrian space, which is a public space, and it is subject to this design note, including a pedestrian space and a partial private space in a。.
Next, the three (1) overall concepts, the town of shogi, the history of Nishikuni Kaido, the former Akutagawa-shuku, and the Japanese image of the shogi, and the modern townscape in front of the station are set as a whole concept.

The three cores of the Kita-Ekimae Square, the Shogi Kaikan Exit of JR, and the Kansai Shogi Kaikan, and the main pedestrian space, which is the movement of people shown by the arrow, are set as four axis.
As an example, Kita-Ekimae Square aims to create a space where visitors can enjoy the shogi culture and want to stay, to improve symbolism, rest,留gnation, and exchange functions, and create an attractive space that is easy to stop by.
In order to realize the concept and image of the design, we have established the basics of color, material, and shape, as well as paving, railing, and lighting.
We will promote the development of the cooperative space while sharing information on both public and private sectors about the aiming spatial image and considerations, and will show the shogi town Takatsuki throughout the area.
Next, as shown in the illustration on the right side as a way of enjoying the public space, we show the concept of the four soft aspects of the shogi to be able to meet shogi in everyday life. In addition, as a concrete initiative of these public-、 collaborations, we describe the new store opening assistance and new product assistance.
