This project reports the progress of the project on the Takatsuki Mirai Park, the first regional coexisting social model space in Japan, which is developing for the spring of 2019.

Today, we will report on the progress of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 8th year of Reiwa.

4 pages Schedule of the entire business. The schedule of design, construction, and 運tivation is shown in the figure. Currently, we are working on basic design of road, civil engineering, construction, and plaza. In September, we plan to start construction of the west road of the site. In the next、 year, we are planning to start construction of buildings, squares, etc. In addition, we will continue to foster utmost effort until the opening.

(1) Further study of the direction of the local community model space.
Although this project is based on the proposal of the business operator as a PFI business, we are considering further brush-up under discussion with the business operators, etc. as a facility that promotes interaction among all people and creates an active place.
First of all, we aim to create an environment where people with disabilities can act freely by their own will and become a facility that everyone can use easily.
In terms of softness, we will consider efforts to improve society participation and quality of life for all, and aim to be an open coexistence base where everyone can interact and participate.
From these perspectives, we are working to design and develop a room that connects various people in an open space by conscious of design and operation to introduce advanced ICT equipment and inclusive products.

The page 5 and the next 6 are the full picture of the future park maintenance based on the current study situation.
In addition to the contents that have been shown by business proposals, etc. so far, we have indicated several new points.
It is a 6 remote communication robot at the bottom right of 5 pages. It is a thing that can create opportunities for people with disabilities and other social participation.
Next, it is a braille block corresponding to the navigation for 7 visually impaired people in the upper left of the 6 page. A two-dimensional barcode embedded in a braille block is intended to introduce something that can be guided to where you want to use your smartphone.
Next, it is a 11XR immersion space room, but it is a space where you can fully immerse one of the rental rooms, and you can experience travel and event participation.
In addition, 12 kitchen studios have a policy to adopt universal design cooking equipment that is easy to use for everyone, under the concept of easy-to-use equipment for people with disabilities, etc.
The progress of maintenance is above, but we will continue to study and work to become a better facility under the current policy.

1 is the result of the conference and workshops held as an initiative of 運tivation in FY2019.
The workshop was widely open to the public, and we planned and held a day camp with the theme of disaster prevention while sharing the philosophy of community coexistence. As stated in the table, there are about 300 visitors on the day of the event held at 5 times. The photos below and the photos above of the next page are the photos of the discussion and the event day.
